Guest policy

• A valid Credit card number or a 50% Cash deposit is required to confirm all reservations.
• Cash Deposits will only be refunded if cancellation is made 14 days or more prior to arrival date. Any cancellations of less than 14 days, there is a Cancellation fee of 50% of booking charged to the Valid Credit Card or retained Cash deposit.
• *Special event weekends: 50% of full reservation Deposit required. Deposits will only be refunded if cancellation is made 30 days or more prior to arrival date. Less than 30 days, cancellation fee of 50% of booking.
• Check-in 2:00 pm
• Room reservations will only be held until 8:00pm without prior late arrival arraignments. No shows will be charged full rate and taxes.
• Check-out 10:30 am
• Spa services are available but it is highly recommended to reserve Spa time well in advance
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Cash, and Checks, .
• Gift Certificates are available.
• Due to the historic nature of the Building and furnishings, smoking is prohibited in the building. Designated Smoking area available.
• Meeting accommodations, FAX service and adjoining rooms available.
